1. DEFINITIONS
The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.2. Website Administration – employees of LLC «Anastasia» authorized to modify the information on the Website.

1.4. Parties – LLC «Anastasia» and the Website User, who have entered into this Agreement.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without time limitation, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2. The User agrees that LLC «Anastasia» has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by applicable law.

5.6. LLC «Anastasia» together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged to provide accurate personal data necessary for using the Website.
6.2. LLC «Anastasia» shall:
6.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of the information is kept secret, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data provided by the User, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure generally used to protect such information in existing business practices.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the request or inquiry of the User or their legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, in case of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. LLC «Anastasia», failing to fulfill its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the law, except as provided in clauses 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, LLC «Anastasia» shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by LLC «Anastasia».
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
7.2.4. Was disclosed by third-party websites and services whose links are present on the Website, in case of their use by the User.
7.3. The User is personally responsible for possible consequences in case of providing false and/or incomplete personal data.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before applying to the court with a claim regarding disputes arising from relations between the Parties, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the judicial authority at the location of LLC «Anastasia» in accordance with applicable law.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and LLC «Anastasia» shall be governed by applicable law.
