1. DEFINITIONS
The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1. Site – the totality of all information (textual and graphical) located on the internet at https://lugela.pro/, owned by LLC «Anastasia».
1.2. Site Administration – employees of LLC «Anastasia» authorized to modify the information on the Site.
1.3. Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User) – a person using the LLC «Anastasia» Site.
1.4. Parties – LLC «Anastasia» and the Site User who have entered into this Agreement.
1.5. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
1.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.8. Cookies – technical data sent by the Site to the User through the Internet, stored on the User's device used to browse the Site, and transmitted back to the Site from the User's device upon each visit.
1.9. IP address – the User's technical address on the Internet.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy regarding personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Site may obtain about the User during the User's use of the Site and its services.
2.2. Use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing the User’s personal data.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of LLC «Anastasia» to maintain confidentiality and ensure protection of personal data provided by the User when registering on the Site.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Site at https://lugela.pro/registration.page and include the following information:
3.2.1. User’s last name, first name, and patronymic;
3.2.2. User’s contact phone number;
3.2.3. email address;
3.2.4. delivery address.
3.3. Disabling Cookies may result in inability to access the Site.
3.4. The Site collects Users' IP addresses. This information is used to ensure the technical operation of the Site.

4.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to Site use, service provision, payment, processing of User inquiries and orders.

4.5. Notifying the User about the status of an online service order or its payment.
4.6. Processing and receiving payments, confirming taxes or tax benefits, disputing (refund) payments;

4.8. Providing the User, with their consent, updates about service assortment, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of LLC «Anastasia» or its partners.
4.9. Conducting advertising activities.
4.10. Granting the User access to websites or services of LLC «Anastasia» partners to receive products, updates, and services.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out indefinitely by any lawful method, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without them.
5.2. The User agrees that LLC «Anastasia» may transfer personal data to third parties, such as courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Site.
5.3. Personal data may be transferred to authorized state bodies only on grounds and in accordance with procedures prescribed by law.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, LLC «Anastasia» informs the User.
5.5. LLC «Anastasia» takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful acts of third parties.
5.6. LLC «Anastasia» and the User take all necessary measures jointly to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User must provide accurate personal data necessary to use the Site.
6.2. LLC «Anastasia» must:
6.2.1. Use obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the User's prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose personal data by other means except as provided in paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data according to customary practices for protecting such information in existing business relations.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the corresponding User upon User’s or their legal representative’s or authorized body’s request or query during verification, if false personal data or unlawful actions are identified.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. LLC «Anastasia», failing to fulfill its obligations, is liable for damages suffered by the User due to unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the law, except as provided in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. LLC «Anastasia» is not liable in case of loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information:
7.2.1. Became public prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before LLC «Anastasia» obtained it.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
7.2.4. Was disclosed by third-party websites and services linked to from the Site if the User uses those links and services.
7.3. The User bears sole responsibility for possible consequences of providing inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before submitting a lawsuit concerning disputes arising from relations between the Parties, it is mandatory to file a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).
8.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from receipt.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to the court at the location of LLC «Anastasia» in accordance with applicable law.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and relations between the User and LLC «Anastasia» are governed by applicable legislation.
