Delivery of the medicinal mineral water «Lugela» is carried out after payment for the goods.
Goods are delivered worldwide by postal services: CDEK, Express Mail Georgia (EMG), VIT Logistics, Nova Poshta, Georgian Post (GPost).
For international delivery, the buyer must independently ensure that the import of goods is permitted by the laws of the recipient country. The transport company and seller are not responsible for restrictions, prohibitions, delays, or confiscation of goods by the customs authorities of the recipient country.
CDEK
For Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia
Parcels are shipped within 2 business days to the specified CDEK pick-up point when placing the order.
Please track your parcels in your personal account and pick them up on time from the order pick-up points. If the storage period at the CDEK pick-up point has expired, CDEK processes a return, and it cannot be redirected again. A reshipment is only possible after receiving the return. The cost of reshipping is paid by the buyer.
Delivery time: from 3-7 days within Russia, up to 14 days to other countries.
Payment for delivery: upon receipt of the goods.
EMG
For EU countries and other international deliveries
Please specify the first name, last name, and delivery address in Latin characters. The tracking number will be added to your account on the nearest Friday after ordering, and the shipment will be made the following Sunday. Orders placed after Saturday afternoon will be postponed to the next week.
Up to 12 bottles can be sent in one parcel via the EMG postal service to EU countries and up to 4 bottles to the USA and distant countries to avoid customs clearance issues.
If you want to purchase more bottles, please place multiple orders and indicate the name, surname, and phone number of the second recipient in the order comments. The address can be the same.
Delivery rules
Parcels are assembled during the week until Saturday 12:00 Tbilisi time and every Sunday are sent by EMG transport company from the warehouse in Georgia to Greece, to the UPS representation in Athens.
The transit time to Athens is 6-7 days. After that, you will see that UPS in Athens has received the parcel, and tracking with a specified date and time of courier delivery to the door will become available.
Total delivery time: 14-21 days.
Delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and is paid additionally by the customer when paying for the order.

VIT Logistics
For European countries and other destinations
VIT Logistics delivers parcels through Georgian Post. Ground delivery to pick-up points (PICKUP) at competitive rates and express delivery by courier to the specified address are available.
Ground delivery
Ground delivery is available in the following countries:
Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Belgium, England, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland.
Delivery rules
When placing an order, select the country, city, and pick-up point from the list. Addresses and contact phones of all available pick-up points are displayed on the checkout page.
Minimum order to Ireland, Austria, and Germany is 20 bottles.
Ground delivery time: 14-30 days.
Express delivery
Express delivery is available for shipments worldwide. When placing an order, provide postal code and delivery address in Latin. The parcel will be delivered by courier to the specified address.
Express delivery time: 3-8 days.
Parcels dispatch: on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing the order and is paid additionally by the customer when paying for the order.
Nova Poshta
For Ukraine
Shipments are made within 2 business days from the warehouse in Ukraine.
Delivery time: 1-3 days.
Payment for delivery: upon receipt of the goods.
Georgian Post (GPost)
For orders within Georgia and other countries
Goods are delivered within Georgia and other countries by the postal service «Georgian Post» to the nearest pick-up point. Delivery times and costs depend on the country and the selected Georgian Post tariff plan.

Delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and is paid additionally by the customer when paying for the order.

1. The tracking numbers of your parcels are in your personal account under the «Order history» section. Just click on the tracking number, and you will be automatically redirected to the postal service website to track your parcel. No manual entry is required.
2. Delivery is made to the address specified when placing the order. The system automatically pulls the name and phone number from the registration data.
3. If you are not the recipient, click the «Other recipient» toggle and enter the full name and phone number of the recipient.
4. It is very important to enter the phone number and postal address correctly when placing the order. An inaccurate or incomplete address may cause additional delivery delays.
