Delivery of Lugela therapeutic mineral water (hereinafter - the Product) is carried out within three business days after payment is received in the company's bank account.
The Product is delivered worldwide by the postal service "Georgian Post" to the nearest order pickup point. Delivery time and cost depend on the country and the selected "Georgian Post" tariff plan.
- For CIS countries, the European Union, and other countries, delivery is calculated individually according to the carrier's tariffs.
- The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and is paid by the customer additionally when paying for the order.
Additional Information
1 - No later than three business days from the date the payment for the Product is received in the Company's bank account, the Company transfers the Product to the postal service for shipment, and notifies the Client at the email address provided when placing the order.
2 - Delivery is made to the address specified when placing the order.
3 - Delivery of large and bulk orders is arranged individually.
4 - It is very important to correctly indicate your phone number, email address, and postal address when placing an order. An inaccurate or incomplete address may cause additional delays.
5 - The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.
6 - Upon receiving the order, a cash receipt will be provided along with the Product.
7 - When making a purchase on behalf of an organization, you will be provided with an invoice as well as a delivery note, on which the organization's stamp must be placed.
8 - The price indicated in the documents delivered by the courier is final; the courier has no right to adjust prices. Delivery cost is listed separately in the purchase documents.
9 - If you find the Product to be of inadequate quality (manufacturing defect, incorrect set), please contact our manager at one of the phone numbers listed on the Company’s website to resolve the issue.
