Delivery of the healing mineral water «LUGELA» is carried out after payment for the goods.
The goods are delivered worldwide by postal services: Express Mail Georgia (EMG), Georgian Post (GPost), CDEK, Nova Poshta, VIT Logistics.
For international delivery, the buyer must independently ensure that the import of goods is permitted by the legislation of the destination country. The transport company and the seller are not responsible for restrictions, prohibitions, delays, or confiscation of goods by the customs authorities of the recipient country.
EMG
For EU countries and other international deliveries
Enter your first name, last name, and delivery address in Latin characters. The tracking number will be added to your account by the next Friday after the order, and the shipment will be made on the following Sunday. Orders placed after Saturday mid-afternoon will be postponed to the next week.
Up to 12 bottles can be sent in one EMG postal package to EU countries and up to 4 bottles to the USA and other distant countries to avoid customs clearance issues.
If you want to purchase more bottles, please make multiple orders and indicate the first name, last name, and phone number of the second recipient in the order comments. The address can be the same.
Delivery Rules
Packages are collected during the week until Saturday 10:00 Tbilisi time and are shipped every Sunday by the EMG transport company from the warehouse in Georgia to Greece, to the UPS office in Athens.
The journey of the packages to Athens takes 6-7 days. After that, you will see that UPS in Athens has received the package, and tracking with the specified delivery date and time by courier to the door will become available.
Total delivery time: 14-21 days.
Delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and is paid additionally by the customer upon order payment.

Select the EMG postal service, enter the country in Latin characters. The delivery cost will be calculated automatically. Proceed with order placement or return back.
Georgian Post (GPost)
For orders within Georgia
Delivery is carried out from the warehouse in Georgia within the country territory by the «Georgian Post» postal service (Georgian Post).
Orders are delivered to the Georgian Post service center at the place of receipt.
Delivery time: 1–5 working days.
Payment for delivery: upon receipt of the order.
CDEK
For Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia
Packages are sent within 2 working days to the specified CDEK pickup point upon order placement.
Please independently track your packages in your personal account and pick them up on time from the pickup point. If the storage period of the package at the CDEK pickup point expires, CDEK initiates a return, and it cannot be redirected again. Resending is possible only after receiving the return. The resending cost is paid by the buyer.
Delivery time: from 3-7 days in Russia, up to 14 days in other countries.

Nova Poshta

Shipment is made within 2 working days.

VIT Logistics
For European countries and other destinations
VIT Logistics delivers packages through Georgian Post. Available are ground delivery to pickup points and express delivery by courier to the specified address.
Ground Delivery
Ground delivery is available in the following countries:
Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Belgium, England, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland.
Delivery Rules
When placing an order, select the country, city, and pickup point from the list. Addresses and contact phone numbers of all available pickup points are shown on the order page.
The minimum order to Ireland, Austria, and Germany is 20 bottles.
Ground delivery time: 14-30 days.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available worldwide. When placing an order, specify the postal code and delivery address in Latin characters. The package will be delivered by courier to the specified address.
Express delivery time: 3-8 days.
Package shipments: on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order and is paid additionally by the customer upon order payment.
