Delivery of the medicinal mineral water «Lugela» is carried out after payment of the goods.
The goods are delivered worldwide by postal services: CDEK, Express Mail Georgia (EMG), VIT Logistics, Nova Poshta, Georgian Post (GPost).
When shipping internationally, the buyer is obliged to ensure independently that the import of the goods is permitted by the legislation of the destination country. The shipping company and the seller are not responsible for restrictions, bans, delays or confiscation of the goods by the customs authorities of the recipient's country.
CDEK
For Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia
Parcels are sent within 2 business days to the specified CDEK pickup point when placing the order.
Please track your parcels independently in your personal account and collect them in time from the pickup points. If the storage period of the parcel at the CDEK pickup point has expired, CDEK arranges a return, and the parcel cannot be redirected again. Resending is only possible after receiving the returned parcel. The cost of resending is borne by the buyer.
Delivery time: from 3-7 days within Russia, up to 14 days to other countries.
Delivery payment: upon receipt of the goods.
EMG
For EU countries and other international deliveries
Provide name, surname, and delivery address in Latin characters. The tracking number will be added to your account on the nearest Friday after ordering, and the shipment will be made on the nearest Sunday. Orders made after Saturday afternoon are moved to the following week.
Up to 12 bottles per parcel are shipped by postal service EMG to EU countries and up to 4 bottles to the USA and far abroad countries to avoid customs clearance issues.
If you want to purchase more bottles, please place several orders and indicate in the order comments the name, surname, and phone number of the second recipient. The address can be the same.
Delivery rules
Parcels are collected weekly until Saturday 16:00 Tbilisi time and shipped every Sunday by the EMG transport company from the warehouse in Georgia to Greece, to the UPS office in Athens.
The transit to Athens takes 6-7 days. After that, you will see that UPS in Athens has received the parcel, and tracking with the specified delivery date and time by courier to your door will become available.
Total delivery time: 14-21 days.

VIT Logistics
For European countries and other destinations
VIT Logistics delivers parcels via Georgian Post. Available are ground delivery to pickup points (PVZ) at favorable rates and express delivery by courier to the specified address.
Ground delivery
Ground delivery is available to the following countries:
Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Belgium, England, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland.
Delivery rules
When placing an order, select the country, city, and pickup point (PVZ) from the list. Addresses and contact phone numbers of all available PVZs are displayed on the order page.
Minimum order to Ireland, Austria, and Germany is from 20 bottles.
Ground delivery time: 8-14 days.
Express delivery
Express delivery is available worldwide. When placing an order, enter the postal code and delivery address in Latin characters. The parcel will be delivered by courier to the specified address.
Express delivery time: 3-8 days.
Parcel shipment: on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order and paid additionally by the customer upon payment.
Nova Poshta
For Ukraine
Shipments are made within 2 business days from the warehouse in Ukraine.
Delivery time: 1-3 days.
Delivery payment: upon receipt of the goods.
Georgian Post (GPost)
For orders within Georgia and other countries
The goods are delivered within Georgia and to other countries by the postal service «Georgian Post» to the nearest pickup point. Delivery times and costs depend on the country and the selected tariff plan of «Georgian Post».

Additional Information
1. Your parcel tracking numbers (TTN) are available in your personal account in the «Order History» section. Simply click on the TTN number, and you will be automatically redirected to the postal service website for tracking your parcel. No manual input is required.
2. Delivery is made to the address specified when placing the order. The system automatically fills in the name and phone number from the registration data.
3. If you are not the recipient, click the «Other recipient» toggle and provide the full name and phone number of the recipient.
4. It is very important to correctly specify the phone number and postal address when placing the order. An inaccurate or incomplete address may cause additional delivery delays.
5. The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.
6. Delivery of large and wholesale lots is negotiated individually.
