The delivery of therapeutic mineral water «Lugela» is made after payment for the product.
The product is shipped worldwide via postal services: CDEK, Express Mail Georgia (EMG), Nova Poshta, Georgian Post (GPost).
Delivery times, rules, and payment:
CDEK (for Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan):
Parcels are sent within 2 business days to the specified CDEK pickup point at the time of order.
Please track your parcels independently in your personal account and pick them up on time from the pickup point. If the parcel storage period at the CDEK pickup point expires, CDEK arranges a return, and it cannot be redirected back to you, only resent after receiving the return. The return is paid by the buyer.
Delivery time: from 3 to 7 days within Russia, up to 14 days to other countries.
Delivery payment: upon receipt of the goods.
EMG (for EU countries and other international deliveries):
Enter your first name, last name, and delivery address in Latin letters. The tracking number will be added to your account within 2 days after ordering, and the shipment will be on the nearest Sunday. Orders placed after Saturday afternoon are postponed to the next week.
IMPORTANT! Up to 12 bottles per parcel are sent via EMG postal service to EU countries, up to 4 bottles to the USA and far abroad to avoid customs clearance problems. If you want to purchase more bottles, place several orders and indicate the name, surname, and phone number of the second recipient in the order comment. The address can be the same.
Delivery rules:
Parcels are collected during the week until Saturday 16:00 Tbilisi time and every Sunday are dispatched by EMG transport company from the warehouse in Georgia to the UPS representative office in Athens. The parcels take 6-7 days to reach Athens, after which you will see that UPS in Athens has accepted the parcel and tracking with the specified delivery date and time by courier to your door will be available.
Total delivery time: 14-21 days.
Delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and paid by the customer additionally upon order payment.

Nova Poshta (for Ukraine):
Dispatch within 2 business days from the warehouse in Ukraine.

Georgian Post (for orders within Georgia and other countries):
The product is delivered within Georgia and other countries by the "Georgian Post" postal service to the nearest pickup point. Delivery times and costs depend on the country and the chosen tariff plan of the "Georgian Post".

Delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and paid by the customer additionally upon order payment.

1 - Your parcel tracking numbers are in your personal account under "Order History." Simply click on the tracking number, and you will be redirected to the postal service website with your parcel tracking. No manual input is required.
2 - Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of ordering; the name and phone number are automatically pulled from registration data.
3 - If there is a different recipient, indicate their full name and phone number in the order comments.
4 - It is very important to provide the correct phone number and postal address when placing an order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause additional delays.

6 - Delivery of large and wholesale batches is negotiated individually.
