Product Return
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by the current legislation on consumer protection.
• The consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before receiving it at the order pick-up point, and after receiving the product — within seven days;
• The return of goods of proper quality is possible if their commercial appearance, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
• The consumer is not entitled to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person who purchased them;
• In case of the consumer’s refusal of the product, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the seller’s expenses for the delivery of the returned product from the consumer, no later than ten days from the day the consumer submits the corresponding request;
• Refunds for payments made by a bank card are made to the same bank card from which the payment was made. The refund period is from 1 to 30 business days.
Service Cancellation
The consumer’s right to terminate a service contract is regulated by the current legislation on consumer protection.
• The consumer has the right to terminate the service contract at any time by paying the provider a portion of the price proportional to the part of the service provided before receiving notice of termination of the contract and reimbursing the provider for expenses incurred up to that point in fulfilling the contract, if they are not included in the specified part of the service price;
• The consumer, upon discovering deficiencies in the provided service, has the right, at his discretion, to demand:
- free elimination of deficiencies;
- an appropriate reduction in price;
- reimbursement of expenses incurred in eliminating the deficiencies independently or through third parties;
• The consumer has the right to make claims related to deficiencies in the provided service if they are discovered during the warranty period, or if there is none — within a reasonable time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service;
• The provider is responsible for deficiencies in the service for which no warranty period has been established if the consumer proves that they arose before its acceptance or due to reasons that occurred before that moment;
• Refunds for payments made by a bank card are made to the same bank card from which the payment was made. The refund period is from 1 to 30 business days. In the event that the seller has fulfilled all obligations for shipping and delivering the goods, but the buyer refuses to pick up the goods at the order pick-up point, the refund is made only after the parcel is returned to the seller’s warehouse via the chosen delivery service. If the buyer refuses to receive the order, the amount paid upon ordering will be reduced by the cost of delivery in both directions.
- In the event that the provider has fulfilled all obligations for shipping and delivering the goods, but the buyer refuses to collect the parcel, the refund is made only after the parcel is returned to the sender’s warehouse via the chosen delivery service. If the buyer refuses to receive the order, the amount paid upon ordering will be reduced by the cost of delivery in both directions.
- In the event of returning the product in proper condition, without opening and visible damage, the refund is made within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment the product returned via the delivery service is received.
