Scientific and clinical materials describe the combination of dosed course intake of LUGELA internally with local application to the affected skin areas.

For external use, spray, skin treatment, or applications performed according to specialized methodology are used. The concentration, frequency, and duration of local application depend on the condition of the skin.

In the dissertation study by N. V. Glonti, which included 200 patients with eczema, internal and external use of LUGELA was studied along with reduction of inflammation, exudation, and itching, epithelialization of affected areas, vascular permeability, and mineral metabolism indicators.

For open wounds, pronounced inflammation, signs of infection, or large affected areas, the method of treatment should be determined individually. LUGELA does not replace prescribed treatment for skin diseases.

During the course, it is recommended to:

• limit added sugar and sugar-containing products;
• limit yeast-based baked goods;
• limit industrial dairy products with high sugar content and food additives;
• reduce consumption of refined oils, fried and excessively fatty foods;
• include vegetables, greens, fruits, and other natural products in the diet;
• avoid overeating;
• maintain adequate hydration.

If a special therapeutic diet or fluid restriction is prescribed, individual recommendations from a specialist take priority.

Full instructions for use

• Adults: 10 ml 3 times a day after meals. The interval between doses should be at least 5 hours.

  Standard monthly course: 4 bottles.

• Children aged 3 to 9 years: 5 ml 3 times a day after meals with an interval of at least 5 hours.

  Standard monthly course: 2 bottles.

• Children under 3 years: a single dose is 3 drops diluted in water or food and taken during feeding. Frequency of administration and course duration are determined individually.

After taking the established dose, drink 40–50 ml of warm drinking water.

Contraindications include hypercalcemia and individual intolerance to the components of the natural mineral composition.

During pregnancy, breastfeeding, early childhood, as well as in cases of severe kidney dysfunction or mineral and electrolyte imbalances, the usage regimen and fluid intake are determined based on the individual's condition.
