Payment Methods
Payment by bank card:
Accepted payment cards: VISA, MasterCard, JBC.
Your card must have a sufficient limit for online and international payments.
To pay for goods by bank card when placing an order, select the payment method: B.O.G (Bank of Georgia).
When paying by bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization
page, where you need to enter your bank card details:
• card type
• card number,
• card expiry date (indicated on the front side of the card)
• Cardholder's name (in Latin letters, exactly as shown on the card)
• CVC2/CVV2 code
and confirm the payment on the page or in your bank's app.
For payment with MIR cards and other card types, please contact Support.
Nowpayments (for payment with USDT BEP20 or USDT TRC-20):
1) Select the desired package in your profile dashboard, click "Buy".
2) Choose the delivery method and fill in the delivery details.
3) Use the + to adjust the number of bottles if needed.
4) Payment method Nowpayments, click "Deposit", confirm.
5) Choose asset. Select USDT BSC BEP 20 or USDT TRC-20. A payment order with a preliminary calculation will appear, click "Next Step".
6) Send deposit. A payment order with the amount and USDT address of the chosen network will be generated, to which you must transfer the funds. This must be done within 5 minutes. If you don't complete the payment within the time limit, please create the order again.
7) Copy the amount (2 squares to the right of the amount). The amount must be exact to the smallest unit as indicated in the payment order, so it's best to copy it.
Important! Consider your wallet's commission. The payment order specifies the amount that must be received by the indicated wallet.
If your wallet does not allow inputting that many digits after the decimal point, you can enter 4 digits after the decimal point, the payment will also go through.
8) Copy the USDT address of the selected network generated by the system (2 squares to the right of the amount) and paste it into the address line in your wallet and send. The order will be created automatically after the funds are received by the company's wallet.
Please note that the USDT network from which you are transferring funds and the one to which you transfer must be the same!
Volet (for payment with Volet USD and various cryptocurrencies):
1) Select the desired package in your profile dashboard, click "Buy".
2) Choose the delivery method and fill in the delivery details.
3) Use the + to adjust the number of bottles if needed.
4) Payment method Volet.
5) Payment type: Volet Wallet (if available) or any cryptocurrency from the list. Proceed to payment.
6) Copy or scan the address of the selected cryptocurrency generated by the system.
7) Transfer the exact amount to the specified address in a single transaction; payment by multiple transactions is not supported. Click "I have paid". The order will be created automatically after the funds are received by the company's wallet.
Important! Consider your wallet's commission. The payment order specifies the amount that must be received by the indicated wallet.
Attention! The selected cryptocurrency address is intended only for transfers of this cryptocurrency type. Do not send other cryptocurrencies to this address - such transfers will not be credited.
Replenishment of personal account balance
1) Go to "Financial Operations" menu. Replenish balance.
2) Enter the amount you want to top up your account balance.
3) Select the payment method, click "Deposit", confirm.
4) Make payment using the selected payment method.
5) With a positive account balance, when creating an order, you will have the option to pay "from balance".
Internal transfers:
1) Go to "Financial Operations" menu. Transfer funds to partner.
2) Enter the transfer amount (digits only).
3) Partner ID to whom you transfer funds to the balance (digits only).
4) Comment for the transfer (optional).
5) Enter the 4-digit financial password you created during registration.
6) Click "Transfer".
