User Agreement

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT
The terms listed below have the following meanings within this Agreement:
1.1. Website – all textual and graphical information available on the Internet at http://lugela.pro, owned by "Anastasia" LLC.
1.2. Website Administration – employees of "Anastasia" LLC authorized to modify information on the Website.
1.3. Website User (hereinafter – User) – a person using the website of "Anastasia" LLC.
1.4. Parties – "Anastasia" LLC and the Website User who have entered into this Agreement.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter – Agreement) applies to the website of "Anastasia" LLC, located at http://lugela.pro.
2.2. The Website is the property of "Anastasia" LLC.
2.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between "Anastasia" LLC and the Website User.
2.4. "Anastasia" LLC reserves the right to change, add, or remove provisions of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
2.5. Continued use of the Website by the User constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and any amendments thereto.
2.6. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for any changes.
2.7. This Agreement comes into force when the User expresses consent to its terms, either by viewing the Website or completing the registration procedure. The User is considered to have accepted all terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to information and online services presented on the Website.
3.2. The Website provides the User with the following services:
• free access to information (textual and graphical) with the right to view it;
• access to search and navigation tools of the Website;
• the possibility for the User to request information on prices, services, reviews, and other information (feedback);
• access to information about services provided, special offers, bonuses, and discounts;
• service ordering.
3.3. This Agreement covers all currently existing Website services as well as any future modifications and services that may appear.
3.4. Access to the Website is provided free of charge.
3.5. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Website, the User agrees to the terms of the Agreement and is considered to have joined this Agreement.
3.6. The use of the Website's materials and services is governed by applicable laws.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. "Anastasia" LLC has the right to:
4.1.1. Change the rules of using the Website, as well as modify the content of the Website. Changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Website.
4.1.2. Restrict access to the Website or parts of it in case the User violates the terms of this Agreement.
4.2. The User has the right to:
4.2.1. Access the Website for familiarization and similar purposes, as well as to the online services presented on the Website.
4.2.2. Ask any questions regarding the services presented on the Website and other information posted on the Website using the "Contacts" section.
4.2.3. Use the Website exclusively for purposes and in the manner provided by the Agreement and not prohibited by law.
4.3. The Website User undertakes to:
4.3.1. Respect the property and non-property rights of authors and other rights holders when using the Website.
4.3.2. Not take actions that may be considered as violating the normal operation of the Website.
4.3.3. Not distribute any confidential or legally protected information about individuals or legal entities using the Website.
4.3.4. Avoid any actions that could compromise the confidentiality of information protected by law.
4.3.5. Not use the Website to distribute advertising information.
4.3.6. Not use the Website services for the purpose of:
• Uploading content that is illegal, violates the rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and/or discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, religion, or social characteristics; contains false information and/or insults toward specific individuals, organizations, or authorities.
• Encouraging unlawful actions or assisting individuals whose actions are aimed at violating current legal restrictions and prohibitions.
• Violating the rights of minors and/or causing them harm in any form.
• Pretending to be another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including the Website Administration.
• Misleading regarding the properties and characteristics of any service posted on the Website.
• Incorrectly comparing a service, forming a negative attitude toward individuals using/not using certain services, or condemning such individuals.
4.4. The User is prohibited from:
4.4.1. Disrupting the proper functioning of the Website.
4.4.2. Circumventing the navigation structure of the Website to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents, or materials by means not specifically provided by the Website services.
4.4.3. Unauthorized access to Website functions, any other systems or networks related to the Website, as well as any services offered on the Website.
4.4.4. Violating the security or authentication system on the Website.
4.4.5. Monitoring or attempting to monitor any information about any other Website User.
4.4.6. Using the Website for any purposes prohibited by law, as well as inciting any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of "Anastasia" LLC or other persons.
5. USE OF THE WEBSITE
5.1. The Website may not be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of "Anastasia" LLC.
5.2. The Website is protected by copyright, as well as other intellectual property rights and laws on unfair competition.
5.3. Placing an online order on the Website does not require registration on the Website.
5.4. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information and for all activities conducted on behalf of the User.
5.5. This Agreement applies to all additional terms and conditions for the provision of services offered on the Website.
5.6. Information posted on the Website shall not be interpreted as a modification of this Agreement.
5.7. The Website Administration has the right at any time without notifying the User to make changes to the list of services offered on the Website and to the prices applicable to the provided services.
5.8. The "Privacy Policy" document regulates, in the relevant part, and applies to the User’s use of the Website.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. Any losses that the User may incur in case of intentional or negligent violation of any provision of this Agreement, or as a result of unauthorized access to another User’s communications, shall not be compensated by "Anastasia" LLC.
6.2. "Anastasia" LLC is not responsible for:
6.2.1. Delays or failures in transactions caused by force majeure or any malfunction in telecommunications, computer, electrical, or related systems.
6.2.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems, and delays related to their operation.
6.2.3. Improper functioning of the Website if the User does not have the necessary technical means to use it, and "Anastasia" LLC has no obligations to provide such means.
7. VIOLATION OF THE USER AGREEMENT
7.1. "Anastasia" LLC has the right to disclose any information collected about a Website User if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding improper use of the Website or to identify a User who may violate or interfere with the rights of "Anastasia" LLC or other Website Users.
7.2. "Anastasia" LLC has the right to disclose any information about a User that it deems necessary to comply with applicable laws or court decisions, ensure compliance with this Agreement, or protect Users' rights.
7.3. "Anastasia" LLC has the right to disclose User information if required or permitted by applicable law.
7.4. "Anastasia" LLC has the right to terminate access to the Website without prior notice if the User violates this Agreement or the terms of use contained in other documents, or in the event of Website suspension or technical malfunction.
7.5. "Anastasia" LLC is not responsible to the User or third parties for termination of access to the Website in case of violation by the User of any provision of this Agreement or other documents containing the terms of use of the Website.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Parties to this Agreement, a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) must be submitted before going to court.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
8.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, any Party has the right to go to court to protect its rights granted by applicable law.
8.4. If this clause is violated, any lawsuit or basis for a claim is barred by the statute of limitations.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. "Anastasia" LLC does not accept proposals from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
9.2. Reviews and questions posted by the User on the Website are not confidential and may be used by "Anastasia" LLC without restriction.
