Dosage:
Adults – one tablespoon three times a day after meals. Wash down with ¼ glass of drinking water.
Children – one teaspoon three times a day after meals. Wash down with ¼ glass of drinking water.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women – it is recommended to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding according to the dosing regimen, after consulting your healthcare provider.
Special instructions:
For the treatment of chronic gastritis with secretory insufficiency — dilute with plain water 4 times and take 30 minutes before meals.
With regular intake, monitor calcium levels in the blood and urine.
One course of treatment requires taking one liter of water. After taking 500 grams, it is recommended to take a three-day break. If necessary, «Lugela» can be repeated for up to three courses.
Drug interactions:
The use of «Lugela» in combination with anti-inflammatory therapy is permitted.
Note:
«Lugela» is especially effective in treating the following diseases:

Use in the treatment of bedsores:
A gauze dressing folded in 4 layers should be thoroughly moistened and saturated with «Lugela» warmed in a water bath to body temperature, and applied to the damaged tissues for 30 minutes three times a day – morning, noon, and evening. The burning and itching that occur when «Lugela» contacts the wound resolve within 5–7 minutes.
In most cases, complete restoration of the damaged tissue is observed no later than 3–4 days from the start of treatment.
The duration of bedsore treatment may depend on the nature and complexity of the muscle tissue lesion. It is recommended to continue the procedures until full recovery.
Along with external use, «Lugela» should be taken orally (per os):
- for children over 9 years and adults – 10 ml three times a day after meals. Wash down with ¼ glass of drinking water.
- for children aged 3 - 9 years – 5 ml three times a day after meals. Wash down with ¼ glass of drinking water.
Burns:
Depending on the severity of the burn-injured skin, it is necessary to moisten with «Lugela», warmed to body temperature (spray with a sprayer or another non-contact method) so that the entire burn-affected surface is thoroughly moistened. Cover the wound with a sterile bandage. Repeat the procedures every two to three hours.
When treated with «Lugela», burn wounds close forming new tissue, preventing scar formation.
To avoid inflammatory processes and to accelerate regeneration of affected tissues, it is recommended to repeat the procedures until complete healing of the wounds.
Edema and hematomas:
Fold a gauze pad several times, or use a cotton pad, saturate well with «Lugela», apply to the wound, hematoma, or edema for 30–40 minutes.
Repeat this procedure every 3–4 hours until complete recovery .
Tumors, swelling of thyroid nodules, goiter:
Fold a gauze pad in 4 layers, saturate well with «Lugela», warmed to body temperature, apply to the inflamed thyroid nodules for 30–40 minutes.
It is preferable to perform this procedure before bedtime, for one month. During the same period, take 10 ml of «Lugela» orally three times a day after meals.
Wash down with ¼ glass of drinking water.
- for children aged 3 - 9 years – 5 ml three times a day after meals. Wash down with ¼ glass of drinking water.
Diet regimen while taking the medicinal water «Lugela» for the following conditions:
• skin diseases (psoriasis, neurodermatitis, vasculitis, eczema, etc.),
• diabetes mellitus,

• diseases of the endocrine system, thyroid and parathyroid glands, lymph nodes,
• diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, liver,

Strict adherence to the instructions for use of «Lugela», regimen, and diet is recommended:
«Lugela» should be taken orally after meals.
• 30 minutes before meals (before breakfast, lunch, dinner), at 10-minute intervals, you should drink two glasses of drinking water warmed to body temperature.
• Immediately after eating, drink 10 ml (one tablespoon) of «Lugela» and wash down with 2–3 sips of warm drinking water.
• After taking «Lugela», do not eat or drink for 1.5 hours.
• After one and a half hours following the intake of «Lugela», drink a full glass (at least 200 ml) of warm drinking water.
• Half an hour before the next meal (lunch, dinner) it is recommended to drink at least two glasses of warm water at 10-minute intervals.
• To achieve the maximum therapeutic effect, it is important to drink at least 2–2.5 liters of warm drinking water throughout the day.
During the «Lugela» treatment course, it is NECESSARY to COMPLETELY eliminate the following foods from the diet:
• Milk, sour cream, cheese, and other dairy products, except homemade cottage cheese.
• Sugar and any products containing sugar.
• All foods and dishes prepared with vegetable oils, including olive oil. Vegetable oil must be completely excluded from the diet and from use in cooking.
• Baked goods containing yeast (bread, rolls, pastries, cakes, etc.).
• Replace all bread products with yeast-free bread, corn crispbreads, churek.
• It is necessary to eat more greens, vegetables, and fruits. Greens, vegetables, and fruits should be eaten at the beginning of a meal, and only after them should you consume protein foods, fish, and meat dishes.
