LUGELA is a natural highly mineralized therapeutic mineral water of the chloride-calcium type, sourced from the eponymous spring in the Lugela Gorge, Georgia.
Therapeutic mineral water LUGELA is used in courses according to these instructions and individual specialist recommendations.

4. METHOD OF USE
Shake the bottle well before use.
LUGELA is taken undiluted.
Adults
Take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 3 times a day.
Recommended course: 4 bottles per month.
Children under 3 years old
Take 3 drops diluted in water or food during feeding.
Children from 3 to 9 years old
Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day after meals.
Recommended course: 2 bottles per month.

5. TIME OF INTAKE
If no gastritis or peptic ulcer disease
LUGELA is taken after meals.
With gastritis, peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum
LUGELA is taken 30 minutes before meals.
6. EXTERNAL USE
LUGELA can be used externally:

7. DIET AND REGIMEN RECOMMENDATIONS
Drinking Regimen
To maintain water-salt balance and facilitate a more comfortable course, it is recommended to:

drink 1–2 glasses of warm drinking water at about 37 °C 30 minutes before meals;

take LUGELA in the recommended dosage after meals and drink down with 40–50 ml of warm water;

avoid food and other drinks for 1–1.5 hours after intake;
-
then drink at least 200 ml of warm water;
-
if there are no contraindications from the heart, kidneys, and other organs, it is recommended to drink 2–2.5 liters of water during the day.
Diet Recommendations
During the course, it is recommended to:

exclude or minimize sugar and sugar-containing products;

exclude yeast baked goods; prefer unleavened rye bread or corn crisps;

exclude or minimize industrial dairy products;

limit the use of refined vegetable oils;

8. CONTRAINDICATIONS
