• drink 1–2 glasses of warm drinking water (37–38 °C) 30 minutes before meals;
• after meals, take 10 ml (1 tablespoon) of Lugela and wash down with 40–50 ml of warm drinking water.
Dosage:
• adults — 10 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day after meals.
