Lugela for oral cavity diseases
Therapeutic mineral water «Lugela» is used as part of comprehensive therapy for inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa, periodontal tissues, and gums.
The highly mineralized natural composition of Lugela, containing calcium, chlorides, iodine, bromine, fluoride, silicic acid, and a complex of other macro- and microelements, helps cleanse the oral mucosa, supports the natural processes of tissue regeneration, and restores the body's mineral balance.

The study authors concluded on the pronounced cleansing and anti-inflammatory properties of compositions based on «Lugela» mineral water. The results were published in the scientific work «Periodontal and oral mucosal diseases» (1988).
Usage instructions:
It is recommended to rinse the oral cavity twice a day: morning and evening before bedtime.
Hold 10–15 ml of Lugela in the mouth for 1–2 minutes, paying special attention to inflamed areas, then spit out.
After the procedure, it is recommended not to eat or drink for 20–30 minutes.
Recommended oral intake regimen:
To achieve maximum effect, local use should be combined with oral intake of Lugela.
Before meals:
• drink 1–2 glasses of warm drinking water (37–38 °C) 30 minutes before eating.
After meals:
• adults – 10 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day;
• children aged 3 to 9 years – 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day;
• children under 3 years old – 3 drops diluted in water or food during feeding.
After taking Lugela, it is recommended to drink 40–50 ml of warm drinking water.
