The role of the natural mineral complex LUGELA in maintaining oral health and the physiological condition of the dentoalveolar system tissues

In a clinical study of toothpastes based on Lugela mineral water, the following results were obtained after one month of use:

• reduction of gum inflammation (PMA index) by 55.6%;
• reduction of gum bleeding by 90.3%.
The authors concluded the compositions based on Lugela mineral water have pronounced cleansing and anti-inflammatory properties. The results were published in the scientific work «Periodontal and Oral Mucosa Diseases» (1988).
Usage instructions:
It is recommended to rinse the mouth 2 times a day: morning and evening before sleep.
Hold 10–15 ml of Lugela in the mouth for 1–2 minutes, paying special attention to inflamed areas, then spit out.
After the procedure, it is recommended not to eat or drink for 20–30 minutes.
Topical use can be combined with internal use of Lugela according to the recommended scheme.
Before meals:
• drink 1–2 glasses of warm drinking water (37–38 °C) 30 minutes before eating.
After meals:
• adults — 10 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day;
• children 3 to 9 years — 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day;
• children under 3 years — 3 drops diluted in water or food during feeding.
After taking Lugela, it is recommended to drink 40–50 ml of warm drinking water.
