Account and Data Deletion

A LUGELA app user can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

What we store about you

When using the LUGELA app, data provided by you during registration and service usage may be stored, including:

• Name and contact details;
• Account information;
• Information about orders and transactions in the personal account;
• Other data necessary for the operation of the LUGELA account and services.

How to delete your account

To submit a request for account deletion:

1. Log in to the LUGELA app.
2. Navigate to the “Account” section.
3. At the bottom of the page, click “Delete Account.”
4. Fill out the form and submit the deletion request.
5. The request will be forwarded to support for processing.

After the request is processed, the account and associated personal data will be deleted except for data that must be retained in accordance with legal requirements.

Important: once the deletion is complete, it will be impossible to restore the account and deleted data.
